GALAXY ZACK BOOKS 1&2

Well its been a while its been crazy busy at PDI so forgive the lack of posting (I am planning a bigger post soon )  I had to mention that Galaxy Zack is hitting books shelves and Amazon April 02, I'm very proud of these books right now I'm signed to do the first nine but I hope I continue to do them until the 22nd century ! Here are some of the 240 black and white Illos I've done for books 1 and 2  "Hello Nebulon" and "Journey To Juno"

Yes I've been away from the blog for a awhile its' been a crazy busy summer so here's some stuff from the desktop hope you enjoy

a take I was asked to do on a Very Famous Inspector , they decided to go in another direction but still very fun to do

design for a commercial  awhile back

and lastly myself, my wife and the kids are moving just south of the bay area ! I've been lucky enough to received an opportunity to join the talented team at PDI Dreamworks. Goodbye Toronto I'll miss the city but not the weather :)

Exciting News

It's been awhile since my last post, I've been extremely busy storyboarding on a new Jorge Gutierrez film.http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/guillermo-del-toro-day-of-the-dead-reel-fx-293169 It's going to be amazing so go watch it.... in 2 years. As exciting as that is, it is not the reason for this post's scintillating title....my new short film is!!!! Funds are being gathered as I type, and plans are to start production in the fall. Michael Valiquette (Canadian Animation Resource) is producing with Smiley Guy Animation. I'm incredibly excited that this will be my next project. Stay tuned for updates throughout the process. Oh, by the way, it's called THE PERCH. Other things are brewing but this is enough excitement for one post. Until I post again...in 1 month :)

PS The teaser Trailer for Hotel Transylvania came out yesterday , I was lucky enough to work for 4 months as a story artist on the production, It looks like its coming together really well.
